About us

Maesteg Gleemen Male Voice Choir (MVC) was formed in 1958 and is the longest-established choir in the Lynfi Valley and indeed Bridgend, South Wales.

Practice is every Monday and Thursday evening at 7 pm in Nantyffyllon RFC.

If you think you may be interested in joining, come along at 7 pm on practice evenings and talk with us, see what is involved, listen and if you like what you see then join us for a great experience both practising the singing and attending our many events.

The above photo shows a typical practice evening. This was taken in January 2023 at our first practice evening in our new location in Nantyffyllon RFC. We moved here after the Maesteg British Legion closed down at the end of 2022.
